Detailed Itinerary:
Day 1: Hanoi - Halong 
8 :30 am pick up from your hotel in Hanoi and head out for Ha Long Bay approximately three hours away (optional)
En route we have a short stop at a handicapped children center for short break. Upon arrival at Ha Long Bay we will be met by captain and cruise and transferred to Jasmine Cruise .
Welcome on board of Halong Jasmine and set sail through bay while lunch is served. Passage into the magical bay, where thousands of sculpted limestone islands rise from the waves like dragons’ teeth.
Opportunity to visit beautiful limestone caves, go swimming or sunbathing. Enjoy cocktails while watching sunset and later unwind at Jasmine restaurant. If weather permits, a short night cruise could bring you a nice discovery of the sea life by night.

Day 2: Halong Bay Cruise
After breakfast, transfer to your day–trip boat with private crew and cruise to the bay’s most untouched are

Enjoy swimming on quiet beaches, visiting water tunnels, fishing villages or kayaking.
Lunch served on board by your private chef. Return to the mother boat for the night. optional kayaking (payable on board)
At sunset time, kayak or simply take a bamboo row boat to discover a water tunnel with many coral reefs in a scenic lagoon.

Day 1: Hanoi - Halong
08.30 Depart from Hanoi by a 3,5hour driving to Halong (optional)
11.30: Enjoy a warm welcome aboard the Halong Jasmine, and sit back and drink in the spectacular vista during our passage into this magical bay.
Once lunch has been served and taste buds and tummies thoroughly satisfied, we weigh anchor near a secluded beach of Titov.
Take a short trek to a nearby summit to enjoy the panoramic view of the bay with Jasmine’s golden sails arcing elegantly against the skyline before splashing down for a swim, or recline on Jasmine’s wicker sun loungers on our expansive wooden sundeck.
Later that afternoon, we visit a local fishing village ( Cua Van) where you have the opportunity to interact with some of the more colorful locals who have lived and fished in the bay for almost three generations.
At sunset, slip into a kayak or board a bamboo row boat to explore water tunnels and discover pristine coral reef in a scenic lagoon setting.
Once back on board the ship, watch the shimmering sun slip down the sky as you sip expertly-blended cocktails as an aperitif for Jasmine’s extravagant evening meal.

The Jasmine is a beautiful boat and really well appointed. We arrived on board and were taken to our cabin which was lovely with a balcony to sit out on and watch life in the bay. The lunch was delicious and very well presented. The staff waiting at table were very efficient and pleasant. However, just before starting our lunch we were informed by the manager, who spoke very poor English, that the weather was going to be bad that night and we were not able to spend the night on board. This was a huge disappointment, especially as the weather was not bad that night at all in the end. We spent the afternoon cruising in beautiful sunshine and visited some caves which were OK and also we were taken on to a beach for swimming which was terrible - dirty and crowded. Would have been better just staying on board the boat
Comforts of a top hotel on water. Highlight was the amazing fresh tasty food and views. Service outstanding and you felt safe as you noticed there was safety equipment everywhere not sure if smaller cheaper operators have that.
We can’t speak highly enough about this experience. The Jasmine was a wonderful boat to be on for 2 nights during our HaLong Bay excursion. We highly recommend staying at least 2 nights in HaLong Bay so that you can really enjoy it. It takes a bit to get to Halong Bay from Hanoi (nearly 4 hours), so make it worth the trip and stay a few days to enjoy the majestic views. The boat itself was just splendid. Wonderfully large rooms with king sized beds, and an incredibly large bathroom area, along with a private balcony. The Jasmine only has 24 cabins on it, so the boat never feels too crowded. We kayaked twice from the day boat, and had a great time. We also opted on our last morning to not go to the overlook view/island, and instead stayed on board for the cooking class. We were so glad we did – we had the chef all to ourselves, and not only learned how to make their seafood spring rolls, but got to participate in making and eating them since it was just the two of us. What a great way to end the trip. The beds were very comfortable, too … the best sleep we had the entire trip to Vietnam. The food was wonderful – buffet style, but plenty of food, and such a wide selection each meal. My husband took advantage of the spa services and had massages twice and said they were very good. The tai chi in the morning isn’t that great, but it’s worth doing for the experience and the views alone. The deck and balcony areas provide very comfortable seating and lounging, and overall, the Jasmine is worth every penny for being on board for a few nights
We went out for a two day cruise wiht Jasmine Junk at Halong Bay and it was so nice. The boat was very beautiful and never felt owercrowdet. The staff onboard were so serviceminded and made everything to make you feel comfortable. Our cabin was like the boat very beautiful with a great bathroom and comfortable beds. Also very clean. The lunch was OK, nothing special, but the dinner was great with a seafood buffé. The tours that was included in the trip was very interesting (to a large cave and to a floating village). The deck was spacious and to get up in the morning at 7 and just sit on deck with a cup of tea and watch the fantastic landscape was magical. The trip ended with a very good brunch before getting back to Halong. A very nice and memorable tour.
My friends and I recently spent one night on the Jasmine (my friends 40th birthday) and highly recommend this junk. The service was impeccable, the staff friendly, helpful, knowldgeable and at all times provided an update to where we were going and each time they departed exactly on time. The seafood buffet was superb and they also had a good selection of wines available at reasonable prices. They took us to a fishing village and encouraged us to take photo's and gave lots of information on how this functions. The visit to Surprise cave was also excellent. A night to remember when my friend was presnetd with a huge chocolate cake! We had a great time and our only regret was not staying on for another night
Our trip was wonderful! Couldn’t have asked for better. Our driver was prompt and very polite. Even though we didn’t speak the same language we both knew the word “music” and he had some good CDs! It made the trip go faster. The Jsamine Cruise was excellent. The guides on boat were friendly, knowledgeable and helpful as could be. The room was great and the food superb! It wasn’t cheap but it was worth every cent! Hightly recommend you
